Currently under construction, Civic Center 14 TOD is the new development of an eight story, 40-unit apartment community in Oakland, California. The new apartment community will replace a 6,800 square-foot vacant lot located between two mid-rise buildings on the border of Uptown and Old Oakland.
Meta Housing will design the project with the needs of families in mind integrating amenities that include a community room and kitchen, lobby, children’s play area, and computer room, among others.
The apartment community will also include 477 square feet of commercial space and be designed to reflect to latest is sustainable design with a Green Point Rating of 160+.
Civic Center 14 TOD will feature a mix of studio, one, and three bedroom floorplans. In addition, all units will be ADA adaptable with units reserved for residents that are hearing or visually impaired.
