Courson Arts Colony East is currently in the pre-development stages and is planned to feature 81 affordable apartment units for low-income families and families with special needs in Palmdale, California. There will be 20 units allocated for special needs with services funding provided by the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services.

The three-story 64,970 square-foot apartment building will be constructed on a 2.68 acre vacant lot and will improve the consistency of the neighborhood by providing high-quality housing with strong supportive services for residents.

In addition to the supportive services, the apartment community will feature a series of arts amenities and classes to encourage engagement, interaction, and continued learning among residents including an art gallery, art walk with artist studios, and a gallery plaza.

Courson Arts Colony East plans to feature a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, as well as a series of amenities including a library, homework room, computer arts lab, dance and fitness studios, a clubhouse and clubhouse plaza, and a bicycle repair shop, among others.
