Meta Housing has completed the development of Arminta Square Apartments, a 110-unit affordable housing community in the Los Angeles submarket of Sun Valley, California.
Affordable housing has been increasingly difficult to find for many Southern California residents, particularly those within the Los Angeles area. Last year, the California Housing Partnership found that Los Angeles residents needed to earn almost three times the minimum wage to afford average monthly rent in the region.
“We understand the deep need for affordability and are one of the most active affordable housing developers throughout Los Angeles,” says Kasey Burke, President at Meta Housing. “The completion of Arminta Square Apartments is a step towards combatting the housing crisis in LA and providing high-quality homes for residents throughout the region.”
The new development offers a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom units available for low-income families and residents with Section 8 Vouchers.
The pet friendly, gated community also features a number of high-quality amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, laundry facility, play area, recreational community room, elevator, electric kitchens, balcony or patios in each unit, walk-in closets, and assigned parking.
Residents also enjoy easy access to Interstate 5 for a quick commute and walkability to nearby grocery stores, retailers, and public parks.
Arminta Square Apartments is located at 11050 Arminta Street in Sun Valley, California.
