Carbillo Family Apartments brings sustainably designed affordable family housing to the City of Torrance.
The project, which was built to GreenPoint Rated standards at the 125-point level, features 44 affordable family housing units, including one, two, and three bedroom floor plans, and 3,700 square feet of neighborhood serving retail.
To complete this project, Meta Housing Corporation replaced an existing vacant commercial building and delivered a contemporary architectural feel that is well-aligned with the existing architecture in downtown Torrance.
Cabrillo Family Apartments features a variety of amenities, including private balconies and a 7,580 square-foot courtyard, as well as a community room, classroom, and recreational deck, among others.
