Civic Center 14 TOD is the new, transit-oriented development of a 40-unit apartment community in Oakland, California. This eight story building offers a mix of studio, one, and three bedroom floor plans. All units are ADA adaptable, and some units are reserved for residents that have hearing or visual impairment.
Meta Housing designed Civic Center 14 TOD with the needs of families in mind, integrating amenities that include a community room and kitchen, lobby, children’s play area, and computer room, among others. The project also provides 477 square feet of commercial space and was developed and constructed to achieve LEED Gold Certification.
