Hillside Park Senior Apartments was acquired by Meta Housing in 1998 as an existing multifamily community. Meta Housing rehabilitated the project and successfully sold the property to another multifamily developer.
Meta Housing utilized tax credits and tax-exempt bonds, as well as traditional equity from Essex Investment Management in order to develop this project.
