The development of Hollydale Plaza Apartments was the result of a successful partnership between Meta Housing Corporation and its development partners.
The project, which was already under construction in 2009, had been stalled due to economic conditions. The existing developer reached out to Meta Housing Corporation, and we were able to partner together in order to obtain preferential financing terms and resume the development process.
Drawing upon its substantial track record and history, Meta Housing was successful in securing the necessary financing and worked together with the other developers in order to build this 101-unit affordable apartment community.
The project, which features one- and two- bedroom residences as well as a ground-floor commercial component, was designed to include spaces where residents can interact and engage. The community offers life-enhancing health and wellness services to residents at no charge.
