Main Street Plaza Apartments is the new development of a 65-unit, four-story affordable apartment community in Roseville, California. The new apartment community provides housing for low-income families, veterans and individuals with special needs, including homeless veterans. The property offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
The apartment community features 3,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, as well as a public pedestrian paseo. Additional amenities include an outdoor courtyard with BBQ areas, a children’s play area, and a fitness center, among others.

Beyond physical amenities, Meta Housing partnered with LifeSTEPS, a nonprofit organization that serves as the service coordinator for the community, providing life-improving social services to future residents. Meta Housing also partnered with the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System to provide Veteran residents with specialized social services including coordination, education, case management, health, transportation, counseling and advocacy on-site at the community.
