Mission Gateway is the new construction of a 356-unit, 100-percent affordable housing community located on a 4.5-acre site at the intersection of Sepulveda Blvd., Langdon Ave., and Rayen St. in Los Angeles.

The property will offer 28 studios, eight one-bedroom, 126 two-bedroom, 182 three-bedroom, and 12 four-bedroom units. All units will include fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms, onsite laundry, a fitness room, open courtyards, recreation rooms, 356 parking spaces on-site and 86 bicycle stalls.

The project is located in proximity to a number of Metro Bus Lines, grocery stores, Langdon Elementary School, Plaza West Pharmacy, and the North Hills Community Park.
