Rosewood Park, Heritage Park Anaheim, and Heritage Park Duarte are multifamily communities that were originally built by Meta Housing Corporations’s President John M. Huskey during his tenure with CalMark Development.
Meta Housing acquired all four properties and successfully rehabilitated each one. Later, the company sold each property to other multifamily owners.
Heritage Park Duarte is a significant property in the history of Meta Housing, as it was the first project Huskey developed in his career, and was also the first rehabilitation project completed by Meta Housing.
