Meta Housing Corporation developed Union Point Family Apartments in 2008 as an affordable family community in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Like many of our communities, this project is a classic urban infill development, which is strategically located close to amenities and the ample Downtown Los Angeles public transportation systems.
Prior to development, this site consisted of a vacant lot in Downtown LA. Meta Housing was able to use LAHD financing and 9% tax credits in order to develop the land into a well-located family housing community. The apartment project features two- and three- bedroom units in a four story building, with subterranean parking for residents.
