Willow View Apartments is the proposed new construction of a 193-unit affordable family apartment community in Bay Point, California.
The apartment community is planned to feature eight, three-story garden-style apartment buildings with a modern design and architectural flair.
Meta Housing will construct the community to Green Point rated standards, and integrate unit sizes and amenities that are appropriate for large families including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floorplans.
Willow View Apartments will also feature an expansive open common area that includes a clubhouse, pool, playground, barbeque area, bike storage and turf play field, among other features.
