The first project redeveloped under Santa Ana’s new adaptive reuse ordinance, Santa Ana Arts Collective repurposed a 1965 international style office building into 100% affordable, studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom live-work lofts.
“Our team develops projects with a deep understanding that the communities we build help to transform neighborhoods,” says Kasey Burke, President at Meta Housing. “It is an honor to be consistently recognized for the projects we create, which is truly a testament to the power that public and private partnerships have to deliver true value and purpose to our residents, and to the cities we serve.”
